Stay abreast of global tax regulations and ensure the Group's compliance with relevant laws and requirements.

Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on Remote's tax position.

Analyze DTAs and/or local tax laws and financial information to assess the tax implications of corporate restructurings and cross-border transactions on Remote's tax position.

Assist in implementing international tax strategies that align with Remote's objectives.

Conduct risk assessments for permanent establishment and other tax risks on a country-by-country basis for clients.

Stay informed about global tax reforms and contribute to discussions on new laws or regulations impacting Remote.

Actively engage in building relationships with external tax advisors, consultants, and industry peers.

Required Qualifications

Collections professional with solid experience and proven performance, mainly consultancy environment

Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations

Experience with a global law firm, Fintech or start up company.

Negotiation and influencing skills.

Data driven communicator.

Professional experience working with large data sets.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, hyper growth environment.

Writes and speaks fluent English

Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

It Is not required to have experience working remotely, but is considered a plus.

For the avoidance of doubt, this role does not require registration as a qualified tax consultant in Ireland. Registration with the Irish Tax Institute is not required.
