The project runs until May 31,2027, with a workload of approximately 25 hours/week, and is 100%remote. In this role, you will support operational Patient Supply CaseManagement for commercial CAR-T product supply outside of clinicaltrials and ensure the time-critical delivery of highly complextherapeutic products.- Supply Request Management: Support the operational management andcoordination of supply requests for Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT)products.- Supply Chain Tracking & Monitoring: Ensure complete control andtracking of the supply chain, verify documentation, and handleissue/query resolution in a timely manner.- Interdisciplinary Communication: Ensure seamless, time-criticalcommunication between partners, manufacturers, specialized couriers,and hospitals to deliver CGT products within defined time windows.- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure process reliability and completedocumentation in accordance with strict regulatory requirements forshort-shelf-life products.- Education: Scientific background (e.g., Degree in Pharmacy,Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field).- Work Experience: Proven track record working for biopharmaceuticalcompanies with CGT products or as a Clinical Trial / Patient SupplyManager.- Regulatory & Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of GDP(Good Distribution Practice) guidelines and time-critical cold-chainlogistics.- Personal skills: Detail-oriented and thorough in approach andexecution, highly organized, structured, and adaptable working style.- Language skills: Business fluent in German & English (spoken andwritten).- Attractive options for shortening your personal payment term - No more time-consuming invoicing- Fast, reliable payment of fees - Conclude project contracts by means of electronic signature
