You will oversee the delivery of complex property projects and be responsible for the end result. This is not a remote coordinating role, but one involving direct management of planning, costs and quality - from the start of construction right through to handover. These projects are characterised by their scale and complexity: inner-city regeneration, the transformation of existing sites, and area-wide developments involving multiple interests and stakeholders. What are you going to do? As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire implementation phase of projects. You oversee the construction process and ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required standard. In doing so, you maintain a constant overview and actively make adjustments where necessary.
