Please note, this is a junior role, requiring 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. - Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. - Assist with scheduling, reporting, and recruitment administration. - Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities. - Provide operational support during periods of high hiring activity. Skills & Experience - Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms. - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is advantageous. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. - Fluent in English and Dutch.
